About Me

Born in Texas and raised in Massachusetts, I started being active at a very young age. I spent most of my time growing up skateboarding, snowboarding, rock climbing, or hiking in the Adirondack mountains. I attended Plymouth State University in New Hampshire and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology. Lucky for me I spent most of my days in college in the classroom, studying, or rock climbing as it is home to Rumney, a world class climbing destination. This is where I really cut my teeth as a climber. I attribute a lot of my development to this place. Currently I live in Lander, Wyoming where I spend most of my time rock climbing outside, with my partner and dogs, working with clay, or with friends. I have been in the rock climbing world since 2004 and since then have climbed all over the globe in all facets of the sport. I have spent the better part of the last decade as a professional rock climbing coach, working with world class coaches. I have since received a Master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Western States. With this, I work with youth, adult, professional, and novice athletes; teams, coaches, groups, and parents.
